Checkout List

As a courtesy to our cleaners and incoming guests, please be mindful of your checkout time. We have multiple listings on this property so it’s imperative for our cleaners to start the turnover on time. Checkout time is 11 AM for the Cabin/Adobe and 12 PM for the tents.

Please clean up your messes outside and in communal spaces.

Place used towels in the hamper or in the bathroom(s) draped or hung.

To help deter pest, wash any dirty dishes and place them on the drying rack. If there is a dishwasher, use the 1-hour cycle.

If there is a TV, apps will automatically log out at 11 AM if you entered the correct checkout date under guest mode.

If kitchen trash bin is full, you can take it out or leave it for our cleaners.

Before you leave, please make sure you have all of your belongings. If item(s) are left behind, we can ship it back to you but there will be a fee for time to ship plus the actual shipping cost.

After you leave, please send us a quick message letting us know you have checked out.
