  • Entry Codes

    Gate and door codes are sent one hour before your check-in time at 3 PM the day of your arrival. Checkin time is after 4 PM.

Access

  • Gates Keypad

    To open Gate A and B, enter the 4-digit gate code.

  • Enter Gate A

    Use the keypad to enter Gate A.

    The gate will close automatically after 60 seconds of opening. Drive through and do not block the gate.

  • Exit Gate B

    Do not exit the way you came in. Instead, follow the driveway to Gate B and use the keypad to exit the property.

    The gate will close automatically after 60 seconds of opening. Drive through and do not block the gate.

Parking

Please park in the side driveway and carport next to the Adobe. Do not park or block the driveway, as it’s a shared driveway.

We also want to make sure the driveway is clear in the case of an emergency so that emergency vehicles can pass freely.

Door keypad

  • Door Code

    Note: If the 4-digit door code is entered incorrectly, the Schlage button will light red and beep twice. If this is the case, please try again.

  • Unlocking

    Enter the 4-digit door code and rotate the thumb-turn right to unlock the deadbolt. Turn the door handle to open the door.

  • Locking

    Close the door, enter the 4-digit door code, and rotate the thumb-turn to the left to lock the deadbolt.

How-to

  • Nest

    The Nest is on the wall between the hallway and the front door to the left of the large black mirror.

    To change temperature, simply turn the side of the Nest left or right.

    Temperature will be locked between 72° and 85°.

  • Mr. Coffee

    No coffee filter needed!

    To use, open lid and fill with water. Add coffee to reusable filter. Press Brew Now to start brewing or Brew Later and setup a time for when you want to brew. The Strong button will slow down the drip and make the coffee darker.

  • BBQ Grill

    Before use, locate the propane tank in the cabinet underneath the grill to make sure it is not empty and the gas valve is open.

    Turn gas valve counter clockwise to open or clockwise until it stops to shut off.

    To ignite, press and hold the ignitor button (battery icon) while simultaneously depressing and turning the first knob counter clockwise to the flame icon. After the first range is lit, repeat to turn on the rest of the ranges.

Gas Firepit

  • Long Lighter

    Before you turn the gas key, first, ignite the long and put it over the firepit. NEVER turn the gas key first then try to light the fire-pit.

  • Turn Gas Valve

    Turn the gas key very slowly, to the left, until the fire ignites. Turning it too fast and too much will result in a big ignition that can cause burns and injuries.

  • Keep Flame Low

    After ignition, please keep the flame small and manageable. You may turn it up in small increments if you need more heat. The firepit produces a lot of heat at higher settings and could be dangerous when left at higher settings.​

Important: To know

  • No barefoot

    Please always wear shoes or sandals. The ground is native sand that contains sharp rocks, barbs, thorns and cactus spines.

    There are also insects that can sting and bite including fire ants, black ants d and scorpions.

    Guests need not to be concern, just be cautious.

  • Trash bin

    During your stay, you may empty inside trash bins into the large bin adjacent to the cabin’s fence by the driveway.

    At checkout, if your bins are full, our cleaners will take care of it!

  • Tents guests only

    Please note that the building with kitchen, sinks and bathrooms are reserved for our tents guests only. This include the bbq as both the Adobe and Cabin has their own bbq.

    You are welcome to use the outdoor dining and high bar.

Important: Pool and tubs

  • Soak tubs valves

    Please do not touch the water valves for the community soak tubs. They are meant to have a small trickle to replenish and keep the water naturally clean at the level already set for spill-out into the stream.

    If the tubs require cleaning, there are pool skimmer and vacuum on the side of the common building for self service cleaning.

  • Pool maintenance

    During pool maintenance, please step out of the pool and wait 30 minutes after completion to reuse the pool again.

    Due to heavy usage, pool has to be maintained on schedule. Skipping maintenance will adversely affect water quality for staying and incoming guests.

  • Pool equipment

    This structure house the pool equipment. Please do not open and tamper with any of the equipment.
